Independant Web Designer & Web Developer
About Me
I grew up in the Land (Cleveland, Ohio), surrounded by the passions of baseball, great pirogies, and a tight knit family filled with love and traditions. As a child I was playing with my sisters in my grandparents vast backyard, filled with gardens and fruit trees. We gossiped about the crazy stories we heard when our parents socialized or just enjoyed curling up with a good book and talking about the adventures we hoped we’d have one day.
As we got a little older, we spent most of our time fighting over the computer. While my sisters and I filled my mom’s laptop with more viruses than one could count from LimeWire, I was also teaching myself to code. Once I learned how coding can help me create amazing web spaces that can help express my teenage angst, I was hooked. No matter what hobbies I held, or my interests have changed, I always found myself hours deep in code.
After 6 years of education, I graduated with several degrees and left the only place I’ve ever known. My heart and passions led me to The Queen City (Charlotte, North Carolina). I spent most of my time exploring the mountains and oceans of North Carolina and soon met my husband. Together we traveled across the world, visited the countries where our family was from and connected back to our roots. Through all my adventures, I was proudly coding and working my through the industry from a self taught web designer to a front-end web developer leading teams through complex web application builds.
These days I run my own freelance business remotely, from Charlotte, North Carolina. You may also find me working on site with clients across the eastern United States.
